Check Out the ScanPro Microfilm Scanner at the Society of Southwest Archivists 2017 Annual Meeting May 24th – May 27th 2017!

The Society of Southwest Archivists is a professional organization that promotes archivists, records managers and archives in the Southwest while strengthening relations in the region. SSA serves over 500 archivists, special collections librarians, preservationists, conservators, records managers, and others interested in the preservation of our documentary heritage. The six states in our region are Arizona, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Texas, but our members come from almost every state and several countries. We look forward to working with you to improve and promote the archival profession.

SSA will be holding its annual meeting in Fayetteville, Arkansas from Wednesday, May 24 through Saturday, May 27, 2017.  The event will include pre-conference workshops and sessions on the theme “Archives in their Natural State.” Tours of archives and historic sites in scenic Northwest Arkansas include the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, Shiloh Museum of Ozarks History and Culture, and the Special Collections of the University of Arkansas Libraries.

Stars Information Solutions and e-Imagedata will be exhibiting the ScanPro microfilm scanners at the annual meeting in the exhibit hall. Bring your microfilm with you and we can show you how great your microfilm looks on the ScanPro microfilm scanners!
